I’ve owned the bass since 1987 and it has been my main player since 1989. Over the years I have replaced all of the electronics, tuners and knobs, but the quality of the old wood really shines through and even acoustically it is a great bass – the electronics only enhance this. The original wiring was VTT with pickup selector. Now it is V/V/T with switchable tone caps, optional greasebucket tone circuit and push/pull phase switching on the tone pot.
